New Blog Series!

Been thinking a lot lately about how many TA tech transformations quietly drift into workaround culture without anyone really noticing (until it's too late).

The ATS is technically live, the dashboards look healthy and people are saying the project is successful...

…but underneath it all recruiters are compensating manually to keep hiring moving.

The classic side orders: Spreadsheets, Slack approvals, Processes, Shadow workflows.

I’m probably going to start pulling some of these observations together properly as part of a new “Notes From a TA Tech Transformation” series through TA Innovation Hive.

They definitely won't be polished theory pieces! But they will be real-world observations from being inside global TA transformations and watching where things actually wobble once reality hits.

I’m especially interested in topics like:

  • process debt

  • workaround culture

  • governance drift

  • AI layered onto broken process

  • global vs local operating tension

  • hiring manager UX

  • adoption vs actual operational behaviour

Would be interested to hear what others keep seeing repeatedly in this space as well.

Thanks and hope you enjoy them!

Rob
